We have not found a similar bread made from teff,
therefore, it is probably a

  • Teff contains more calcium, iron, zinc and potassium than any other cereal grain. Thus it has a high taste.
  • Teff is the grain due to its rich source of vitamins and minerals more nutritious than conventional crops such as wheat, oats and barley. It has a high content of calcium, potassium, copper, aluminum, barium, thiamine, and especially iron. The Teffkorn contains all the essential amino acids, including tyrosine and cystine in wheat are not present.
